Biography
I am thrilled to be practicing at Columbus Therapy and Hypnosis – this is truly a dream come true for me! I work with individuals, couples and families seeking help with a variety of issues such as communication, conflict resolution, self-esteem, infidelity, behavioral issues, trauma, PTSD and psychophysiological disorders. I am currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) program at National University and am a state recognized MFT intern practicing under the supervision of Yvonne Judge.
I am trained in EMDR Flash and have completed Gottman Method level one training. My work is informed by Emotion Focused Therapy, sex therapy, interpersonal neurobiology and spirituality.
Like most of us in this field, I have come to it through my own lived experiences and after fifteen years in the corporate world, I finally made the switch. I thrive in helping people create sustainable changes that work best for them and am excited for all that is to come. There’s no “right” way to move forward, so let’s figure out a path that work best for you – together we’ll make progress, one step at a time!
